How we work together.

I help mission-driven leadership teams close the gap between the organization they mean to build and the ad-hoc systems actually running it — as the partner who diagnoses, prioritizes, sequences, and implements what sustainable growth requires.

This is right for you if…

  • You want a first read before you engage anyone.
  • You're not yet sure whether this is a real problem or a busy season.

You leave with: a short snapshot of where to look first.

People Systems Assessment

A focused diagnostic. We map where your people systems are creating drag, risk, or confusion, and turn the findings into a clear set of priorities — what matters most, and in what order.

Typical investment Starting at $3,500

This is right for you if…

  • People-ops friction keeps recurring, and nobody's sure exactly why.
  • Leadership time is being pulled into preventable issues.
  • You want to understand what's happening before deciding what to do about it.

You leave with: a people systems gap map, priority risk areas, a leadership debrief, and a roadmap for what to address first.

An assessment tells you what to prioritize. It doesn't make the calls that come after — which of four priorities to move first when your board meets in six weeks, what to do when one priority stalls while three others suddenly become urgent. That's where this work actually pays off, and it's what the partnership is built for.

About the Assessment
The Question Worth Asking

Why not just take the roadmap and run?

Some organizations should. If the roadmap is short and your team has the bandwidth to execute it, that's a good outcome — take it and go.

But a roadmap doesn't tell you which fire to put out first when three land in the same week. It doesn't tell you how to get a skeptical department head to actually adopt a new hiring process, or when to hold a system steady versus change it under pressure, or what to do when growth changes the plan faster than you can update the document. That's not a document problem — it's a judgment problem, made in real time, as your organization moves. That's what the partnership is for.

03 · The Flagship

People Infrastructure Partnership

This is how I partner with leadership teams once we've identified the priorities that matter most.

Investment

Six-month minimum. Priced individually based on your organization's size, priorities, and pace of change — determined together after your assessment.

This is right for you if…

  • Your assessment surfaced more than one priority, and you need help sequencing and re-sequencing as things shift — not just a checklist to execute alone.
  • You want the systems that matter most actually designed, implemented, and adopted — not just recommended and handed off.
  • People decisions keep landing on your desk, and you want an experienced second perspective before you make them.
  • You're growing or restructuring, and the plan you had in January won't be the plan you need in June.

You get: regular strategic sessions, real-time counsel on people decisions as they come up, hands-on design and implementation of the systems your priorities call for, help sequencing and re-sequencing as your organization shifts, and support building buy-in across your leadership team.

A Note on Investment

My pricing is value-based and scope-based. The ranges above reflect typical investments for U.S.-based, global, and well-funded organizations. I also work with Ecuador-based and Latin America-based organizations, where pricing is calibrated to local market context, organizational budget, and scope.

The goal is a fair engagement: one that reflects the value of the work, the complexity of the problem, and the realities of the organization.

"The assessment gets you clarity. The partnership gets you through it."

Not sure which stage fits your organization right now? That's exactly what a first conversation is for.
